The couple will enter the wedlock in a low-key ceremony, and is planning to donate a whopping amount to an orphanage and cancer center; instead of conducting grand wedding celebrations and reception.
The actor-writer says that Shema is a lady with full of positive energy and that is the factor which attracted him the most. Anoop also added that she has been a very close friend of him since last few years and he can
communicate with her without any inhibitions. He has also added that it is not a fairy tale love story for the couple; but it is a mature decision made by two close friends. Anoop thinks that marrying your good friend can make the married life more successful.
It is a second marriage for Shema Alexander, who hails from Pathanapuram. She was earlier married to Reni, who died 8 years back. Shema has an adopted kid, who is 16 years old now.
