Superstar Rajinikanth's recent film 'Lingaa' which has been directed by K.S.Ravikumar has only got mixed response among the fans and the critics.
The film which has been produced by Rockline Venkatesh, has been accused by the distributors of heavy loss, as the film has failed to impress the viewers.
The distributors have staged a fasting protest in Chennai, seeking compensation over the loss. In the evening producer Rockline Venkatesh has met the media in a press meet.
He has said that all the allegations said by the distributors are false. He completely denied the fact that he sold the film to the distributors for 220 crores.
Venkatesh also added that Rajini has worked hard for the film and he also insisted that he should never be blamed for the release of the film, as success and failures have equal probability in a business.
Moreover he has complained that the distributors are politically motivated and are protesting to gain fame.
