Her speech did not get a standing ovation, but her fellow nominee, Meryl Streep agreed with Patricia, clapping her hands and shouting "Yes, Yes, Yes".
Jennifer Lopez who was sitting beside Meryl was happy and enthusiastic hearing about equal wages for women.
