Director Selvaraghavan has recently announced a new film with actor Simbu in the lead role, and it has been reportedly titled as 'Kaan'.
He has roped in Trisha for the lead heroine role and has even completed a photoshoot, but she has opted out due to date issues.
Later he has roped in Catherine Tresa and Taapsee Pannu to play the lead heroien roles. The significant fact to note is that Taapsee will be playing a khaki role for the first time in her career in this film.
Simbu will be seen as a devotee of Lord Muruga and it hints that the film may get a devotional link.
