of SS Rajamouli's magnum opus stands at an impressive ₹10.25 crore from its first two days(Friday & Saturday). It is said that the historical film amassed ₹5.10 crore on its first day and ₹5.15 crore on Saturday
taking the tally to ₹10.25 from both Tamil and Telugu versions. While the official collections for Sunday is yet to be ascertained in the state of Tamil Nadu, according to the theatre occupancy the film enjoyed
on its third day, it is said that Baahubali could've easily crossed the 5 crore mark on the last day of its first weekend. The film had an amazing response in Chennai with 95 percent theatre occupancy,
the kind of response usually enjoyed only by certain heroes. In the whole of Tamil Nadu though, Baahubali was welcomed with 65 percent occupancy, according to a report. The Tamil version alone
was released in more than 333 screens across the state and was distributed by K Gnanavelraja of Studio Green who would now be content with his returns.
