Radhika Madan got popular with her show on Colors TV Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi. With the on-screen name Ishaani, Radhika has become a household name now. By now many must be knowing Radhika's dream of becoming a dancer.
But did you know how did she make her debut in Television and how did she bag the show Jhalak? Jhalak Reloaded: Meri Aashiqui's RV Aka Shakti Introduces Ishaani Aka Radhika; Radz Impresses Judges In an exclusive interview to Oneindia's

Sonika, Radhika Madan aka Ishaani talks about her journey to Jhalak, her inspiration in Bollywood and many more... How did Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 happen to you? I was learning

dance and wanted to pursue dance professionally. I was planning to go abroad. Everything was set and I had even informed the same in the institute, but I got Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi somehow. For the show,

I had to leave my dream and it has been about one and half year now. But, I always had in my mind that I couldn't fulfil my dream. It was then, I got this call for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 and I didn't think even for

a second and accepted the offer as I thought this was a chance to live my dream. How are you managing both the shows? Have you left Meri aashiqui for Jhalak? No, no, I am shooting for 12-14 hours

every day and after the shoot I go for the rehearsals and that's how I am managing. I sleep for only 2-3 hours every day, and if I am lucky,

I sleep for half an hour extra may be. I believe in the thought ‘to gain something, you got to lose something'. I was a kind of person who used to sleep for 14 hours!

Who inspires you the most in the Bollywood – As a dancer and actor? Both as an actor and dancer, Hrithik Roshan inspires me the most, apart from Shahid Kapoor (dance). Hrithik is an amazing dancer. He was the first one who totally blew me off with his dance skills.

Are you doing any other show apart from Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8? Right now, no. I don't have time, I just have 24 hours (laughs). After doing these two shows, I am sleeping for 2-3 hours. But let's see what happens after Jhalak...
