Who Is The Best Tamil Actress Of 2014?

Time is ripe to select the Best Tamil Actress of 2014. Sadly, the year 2014 was not exactly heroine friendly as not many movies were made in Kollywood that had vitality to the characters played by our beloved leading ladies. Yet, Tamil actresses have once again proved that they can still exhibit their talent by embracing whatever role offered irrespective of its impact on the movie.
Though 2014 didn't dish out many women-centric movies, it saw Tamil heroines play a variety of roles. Ranging from a terrifying ghost to a cop, Kollywood girls had an opportunity to widen their range this year and they did it perfectly well. Gone are those days when heroines were required only to appear in songs or to romance the male leads. Though the trend is still in place, heroines,

who were once typecasted in Indian cinema are now coming out of their groove and have started to experiment with their roles. We have handpicked a few heroines who have had the opportunity to experiment and a few who were not fortunate enough to bag interesting roles but still managed to catch one's

attention through their performance. They have entertained and enchanted us with their act and beauty respectively. It is now time for us to return the favour by electing them as our favourite actress. It is also our responsibility to encourage them by voting as it would help them to come up with

more such performances in the future. Before we introduce you to our nominees, we would like to remind you that every single vote can make a huge difference. Hence, vote for your favourite actress
