It's Ilayathalapathy Vijay And Radhika After 27 Years!

The latest update on Vijay 59(Ilayathalapathy Vijay's upcoming film after Puli) is that veteran actress-producer Radhika Sarathkumar will be a part of the movie. Making the news official, Radhika tweeted, "Happy to be working(with) @actorvijay, Atlee in Kalaipuli Dhanu production and @Samanthaprabhu2, a rocking script."
As the news made it all the way to fans, movie goers were left excited with the thought that they would soon catch Vijay

 sharing screen space with Radhika. Interestingly, this is not the first time these two famed celebrities are coming together on the big screen. Vijay and Radhika have appeared in a film even before Vijay was an established 

actor in 1988. Starring Ramki and Radhika in lead roles, Ithu Engal Neethi  was directed by SA Chandrasekhar in which Vijay made his appearance as a teenager. Now, after 27 years, fans and movie buffs will have another 

opportunity to see these two brilliant performers at work, thanks to director Atlee's next film, temporarily titled as Vijay 59. Vijay 59 will have Amy Jackson and Samantha as the leading ladies. Initially, 

there were talks going on that Nayantara had bagged Vijay 59, who then backed out for reasons unknown. Vijay 59 will start rolling once Vijay completes Chimbu

 Deven's Puli  featuring Shruti Haasan, Hansika, Sudeep and Sridevi in important roles. Puli  is expected to be wrapped up pretty soon.
