Shruti Haasan has recently opted out of the multistarrer bilingual film, and it was also reported that the production house PVP has initiated a legal proceeding against the actress who has caused crores of loss.
But a source close to the actress has said that no legal notice has been received by Shruti, or Rajkamal films.
She has been roped in to pair Karthi in this film, which will also have Nagarjuna in the lead role.
