It is not uncommon for siblings or relatives from the same family to work in the Tamil film industry simultaneously. The latest among them are the successful brothers from the Sivakumar family. Both Suriya and Karthi have now become prominent actors in Kollywood and thus the obvious question erupts, will they feature in a movie together?
At a recent interview prior to the release of Karthi's Komban, he was asked the same question to which the actor came up with an interesting answer.
Accepting the fact that his elder brother is a better actor among the two, Karthi said, working alongside with a talent like Suriya will be difficult.
However, he further went on to state that if a director comes up with a script that has enough space for both of them to express themselves and perform, then they would ink the deal. He also gave an assurance by saying that
the possibilities of starring in a movie with Suriya are high but neither of them exactly know when the idea would actually materialize. Karthi is a relieved man as his latest film
was finally released after some groups creating fuss over its content, while his male sibling is currently shooting for Venkat Prabhu's Masss which is slated to release this summer.
Both the brothers are going good at the moment and it is just a matter of time before they join hands to appear together on the big screen, one might feel. Stay tuned for further updates on the possible Suriya-Karthi starrer.
