Actor Dhanush who is currently shooting for VIP-2, has now made a formal announcement regarding his next film with director Vetrimaaran. This will be the third time they are joining hands after Pollathavan and Aadukalam.
This new film has been titled as 'Vada Chennai'. Vetrimaaran has narrated the script of 'vada Chennai' while shooting for
Pollathavan itself, and now the time has come to launch the project. Interestingly Samantha who is pairing Dhanush in VIP-2 will also be a part of 'Vada Chennai'.
Dhanush has tweeted "Very happy to announce that following team VIP's untitled project, My next film, is Vetri Maaran's "Vadachennai" which was narrated to me during Polladhavan."
"Shooting Starts from September. Samantha will be playing the female lead. It's a 2016 release. More details to follow soon :)"
