Papanasam is as gripping as Drishyam with some saying, "the magic of the original has been recreated on the big screen". As expected, most of the praises are directed toward Kamal Haasan for his extraordinary acting
skills and the nuances he brings into the picture. Music director Ghibran too is being praised for his fantastic background score for creating the tension required for a thriller and for matching up to the
performances shown on the screen with his musical score. Also, going by what fans have to say, it looks like Gautami has made a successful comeback to Kollywood as some have described her performance as top-notch.
On the whole, Papanasam is sure going to be yet another successful film in Kamal's career and a movie to cherish in the history of Tamil cinema.
