Top 6 Reasons To Watch Dhanush's Maari

Dhanush's Maari  which is all set for a grand solo release in 325 screens across Tamil Nadu, is anticipated with excitement by all Dhanush fans. The wait will be finally over tomorrow morning and the film will mark the beginning of a festive weekend. In the USA, Maari  will release in 42 screens which is considered big for a Dhanush starrer.
Another good news pertaining to the film is that the total run time including the disclaimers and end credits is just 2 hours and 18 minutes which suggests that the movie should be largely fast paced.

Produced by Listin Stephen, Sarathkumar and Raadhika Sarathkumar, Maari  is made with a budget of 30 crore rupees. It is also Balaji Mohan's third film after Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi

and Vaayai Moodi Pesavum and hence it will be interesting to see his approach in Maari. Touted to be an action comedy, Maari, according to its director will be an out and out commercial flick which

has been made with the sole intention of entertaining one and all. If that's not good enough a reason for you to catch the movie on the big screen, fret not, for I have come up with other reasons.

Dhanush As 'Thara' Local Rowdy It's been a while since we have seen Dhanush in such a raw avatar and we all know effective this wonderful actor can be in such a role. His mannerisms, punch dialogues and his uber cool style statement will probably leave you wanting for more at the end of 2 hours and 18 minutes.

Vijay Yesudas In A Negative Role Well known playback singer Vijay Yesudas is making his acting debut and how? By playing the role of a tough cop who also happens to be the main antagonist of the film. Quite a powerful way to start one's acting career indeed. I would definitely want to see the singer showcase his acting talent.

The Never Seen Before Combination Dhanush and Kajal Aggarwal will be sharing the silver screen for the very first time in their career letting everyone know how good or bad their on screen chemistry is. The pair narrowly missed out on an opportunity to act together when the Maattrraan actress was replaced by Divya(Ramya) in Polladhavan.

The Winning Combination Though Dhanush and Anirudh Ravichander have worked in only two films so far, albums of both those films have attained immense success. There has always been a terrific understanding between these two celebrities which reflects in their work. With the songs already being liked by many, watch out for the BGM in Maari.

Dialogues & Comedy Sequences Going by the teasers and trailer, the film might be flooded with catchy punch dialogues and one liners. With Robo Shankar among the cast, comedy sequences should be one of the highlights of the movie. Also watch out for Dhanush's local Chennai slang.

Cash In On The Festive Spirit Last but not least, watching a fun filled entertainer when a festival is round the corner will definitely enhance the festive spirit. If you have better reasons to share please feel free to do so by clicking on the comment box below.
