Vaalu heads for Independence Day Battle?

Simbu's long time pending movie "Vaalu" which is facing numerous troubles for its release, is now hopeful in hitting the screens on 14th August, a day before the Independence day.

The recent postponement was due to the petition filed in the court regarding the distribution rights of the movie.

If the reports are to be believed, the case against the movie has already been withdrawn and T.Rajendar will be releasing it on 14th August clashing with Jayam Ravi's Thani Oruvan and Arya VSOP.

Vaalu, directed by Vijaychandar, has Hansika Motwani as the lead heroine and Santhanam in comedian role.
