The crew is waiting of the dates of the actor. Binu and team are planning to start the filming of the movie, immediately after Mohanlal completes the committed projects.
The director also shared his experiences during the making of ithihasa, in the interview. Binu says that Mammootty is the first person who congratulated the team, after watching Ithihasa.
The director revealed that most of the heroines whom he approached for the movie was reluctant to take up the role due to various reasons. Binu also added that the movie faced a lot of financial problems during the time of release.
But the director hasn't made any comments on the reports which suggest that actor Kamal Haasan purchased the remake rights of the movie. As per the latest reports, Mohanlal will be having a
busy year ahead, with a handful of promising projects. Along with the movies committed for 2015, the actor will be completing the filming for the delayed projects of 2014, including actor Madhupal's upcoming movie.
