The Film Has 2200 VFX Shots According to the latest report by Sify.com, Kamalakannan has said that Puli will have a total of 2200 VFX shots. He has also said that director Chimbu Deven initially wanted to house 2700 such shots but was later content with 2200.
Puli Creates A New Record Famed visual effects specialist Kamalakannan who has worked in movies like Naan Ee and Magadheera has said that Puli is the first movie in which he had to work on so many VFX shots. While Naan Ee had 1200 such shots, Magadheera had 1700 VFX shots, he has revealed.
Russia Is The Best Though the CG works is being taken care in different studios across different countries, it is said that Russians are the best in handling these works and thus most difficult CG shots have been given to them, according to the report.
