Did Ilayathalapathy Vijay Scold Director Chimbu Deven For Postponing Puli?

Almost all social media networks are brimming with reports that suggest Ilayathalapathy Vijay lost his cool recently and lashed out at Chimbu Deven for postponing the much hyped movie Puli  from September 17th to October 1st. Though we could not gather official confirmation regarding the report, it is said that Vijay, who is

usually calm and composed, vented out his anger at the Puli  director when he decided to postpone the high budget film citing a delay in the post production works. It is being reported that Vijay is someone

who cannot tolerate delays and when it comes to the release of his movies, audio launch or even the launch of trailers, he makes sure his fans get to enjoy such events on the said date. Thus, when Puli  was postponed, 

Vijay has reportedly questioned Chimbu Deven as to why he announced the release date without being sure about the project's completion. Now that October 1st has been announced as 

the new release date, the entire team of Puli  must make sure there are no further delays unless they wish to face the wrath of Vijay.

Reason Behind The Delay Since Puli  is a kind of movie that largely depends on its visual effects, the team wants to make sure there are no compromises when it comes to VFX and CG works which is subsequently causing the delay.

Puli Trailer Meanwhile the official trailer of Puli  has managed to record 85,142 likes which is the highest for any Tamil film trailer and a whopping 4.5 million views.

Producers' Hope With many Vijay movies achieving the 100 crore mark in the recent past, it is said that producers of Puli  are hoping that their film will present Ilayathalapathy his first 200 crore mark at the box office.

Vijay 59 Updates The latest report pertaining to Vijay 59 has it that Vijay will be playing an ardent MGR fan in the movie which is being directed by Atlee.

Vijay 60 Updates It is being said that SJ Surya will direct Vijay post Vijay 59 and that the Kushi  director has approached AR Rahman to compose music for the film. The two time Oscar winning composer has reportedly given his consent to work in Vijay 60.
